This website is operated by Tom Barlow Architecture, a sole-practitioner architecture studio based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Site provides information about the studio’s services, work, and contact details. It is a marketing and informational website only — it does not constitute an offer of professional services, and no client relationship is established through use of the Site alone.

2.1 Ownership

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, architectural drawings, renderings, isometric illustrations, photographs, logos, and the overall design — is the property of Tom Barlow Architecture or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright and intellectual property law.

You may view and print content from this Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not:

Architectural designs, drawings, and works depicted on this Site are protected as works of architecture under the Copyright Act (Canada). Reproduction or use of these works for the purpose of designing, constructing, or representing any building requires explicit written authorization from Tom Barlow Architecture.

The content of this Site is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes architectural advice, design recommendations, or professional services of any kind. No architect-client relationship is formed by your use of this Site or by submitting an inquiry through the contact form.

A formal engagement requires a written agreement signed by both parties. Any preliminary discussions, estimates, or responses to inquiries are exploratory only and are not binding on Tom Barlow Architecture.

 

4. Contact Form and Inquiries

The contact form on this Site is provided as a convenience for prospective clients to initiate contact. By submitting the form, you acknowledge that:

  • Your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • Submission does not guarantee a response or the availability of services

  • No confidential information should be submitted through the contact form prior to a formal engagement agreement being in place. Any information you submit before such an agreement is not treated as confidential by Tom Barlow Architecture
