The new building is designed to accommodate both office and industrial use, aiming to influence the neighbourhood's future character. The design respects the area's industrial past while addressing modern requirements. It prioritises user and tenant needs, providing flexible open areas, accessible landscaped patios, and large planted areas that capture and filter rainwater on site.
