Golf Simulator

We were appointed to provide code analysis, building permit documentation, and construction oversight for a golf simulator fit-out within an existing warehouse space.

The simulator was to sit alongside the warehouse, which required a change of use. Our code analysis set out how the two uses could share the building. The number of washrooms then set the limit on occupancy for the simulator space.

That analysis carried through into the permit documentation and construction oversight.
